Losing m-net mail

The first one since I lost mails and contacts which depended on VSNL (my first ISP) account (in 2000). M-net has disabled all kinds of mail (in, out, forward), though I knew from one of the MOTDs that out going mail was to be disabled. I had many identities and contacts that depended on this one; all history.
